Frank Kalan has worked in accounting and finance since 2004. He holds a Masters in Accounting from Strayer University and a BA in History from the University of South Florida. As the General Manager for Rocha Controls he develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff. He also establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies, designing systems, resolving problems and implementing change. He schedules regional Field Service Technicians, Programmers, Design Engineers and Panel Fabricators according to mission priority while maintaining cost efficiency and high quality of service. Frank is a supporter of the Florida and Colorado Orchestras as well as a boxing enthusiast. He is married and has one daughter.
