Jack Carter is a controls technician with 10 years of experience in electrical control systems, both troubleshooting and programming. Jack has extensive experience with Schneider Electric programmable logic controllers (PLCs) using Ecostruxure Control Expert (Unity Pro) and Concept; PowerFlex DC Digital Drives, 480V and 4160V; and plant control networks. He is proficient in numerous analyzers such as Hach, Endress Hauser and Rosemount. Jack’s responsibilities have included installation and control of chemical feed pumps and float/level controls, troubleshooting and testing 4-20mA control signals, and installation, integration and repair of water/wastewater control systems. He also has a strong background in wireless radio control systems for remote telemetry and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) control. Furthermore, Jack has programmed Intellution Fix (iFIX) SCADA projects using the iFIX software.
