Raymond Rocha has 30 years of experience in the design and engineering of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, computer networks, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Systems, telemetry, instrumentation and variable frequency drive and motor control center installations with a special emphasis in the water and wastewater field. As President and CEO of Rocha Controls, Mr. Rocha oversees every project undertaken ensuring that the project resources are available and the schedule is met. Prior to establishing Rocha Controls, Mr. Rocha served as a project engineer with the Hillsborough County Water Department specializing in water and wastewater projects.
